Waste and Resource Recovery Strategy Consultation
The District Council of Streaky Bay has been actively putting together a Waste and Resource Recovery Strategy.
In 2023 the community was invited to participate in a community survey regarding their aspirations for Waste Management and Resource Recovery and this information along with current service delivery and financial costs were consolidated into a Background and Opportunities report that was delivered to the Elected Members in a workshop in October 2023. This report provided several recommendations which were endorsed by the Council at the October 2023 Council meeting for inclusion into the Draft Waste and Resource Recovery Strategy.
Council now invites members of our community and our visitors to provide feedback on the Councils Waste and Resource Recovery Strategy.
