Update on Closure Dates for Work Around Streaky Bay Toilets and Alfred Terrace
Here's what you need to know about the temporary closures and interruptions during these upgrades:
26th July – 5th August 2024:* Detour Signs: Detour signs will be installed to guide traffic around the closed areas. These signs are expected to be in place by mid-day on 26th July.
* 25km Reduced Speed Signs: To ensure the safety of both workers and motorists, 25km reduced speed signs will be posted around the construction zone. Please adhere to these speed limits for everyone's safety.
* Town Centre Toilets & Cutting Parking closed to clear and tidy garden beds and paths around the Town Centre toilet.
* Bobcat in use for efficient cleanup.
* Replacement of fencing near the toilets to enhance safety and aesthetics.
26th July and 30th July – 2nd August 2024:* Alfred Tce Road Closure (One Lane Closed) for Bollard Replacement to ensure a safer and more attractive street.
