Moore's Boat Ramp is being upgraded and due for completion end of November 2020

Under Construction

Council advises that construction work has commenced at Moore's Boat Ramp to install 2 new floating pontoons.

Weather and tides permitting, this work is due for completion at the end of November 2020.

Work is currently in progress on the northern side ramp and once the pontoon is installed and operational, then the old southern side (wooden) pontoon will be removed and a new one installed.

The southern side (wooden) pontoon is currently available for the launch and retrieval of your vessel.

Please observe signage when using this ramp to allow for fluent launching and retrieval of your vessel.

Your patience, co-operation and courtesy is greatly appreciated during this construction time.

Please note there is a shallow water ramp located to the left when entering Moore's Boat Ramp facility which can be utilised for smaller vessels not requiring deep water to launch and another at Slidy's Beach.

Once complete, the Moore's Boat Ramp Facility will be a valued asset for the Streaky Bay District.
